Dr. Grant is an approved provider for nearly all health insurance plans including "Obamacare". We also accept most Medicare plans, but only certain Medicaid plans that are secondary coverage for Medicare. As a courtesy, we file these claims for you.
We are proud to announce that our office has once again been designated as a "Center Of Excellence" by Health Network Solutions for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 ,and 2020. They administer the insurance coverage for Chiropractic under Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, CIGNA, and MedCost. This designation was determined after a random and careful review of several hundred of Dr. Grant's patient files. It was found that the total cost of treatment for each patient was 68% lower in 2015, 65% lower in 2016- 2019, and 73% lower in 2020, than the average Chiropractor in NC and SC.
Also, we once again received the distinction of being designated as a "Tier 1 Provider" for OPTUMHEALTH Care Solutions. They administer health insurance coverage for several large and small employers in our region, and throughout the USA. Their decision was based on a review of several hundred insurance claims we filed for our patients over the last three years. In a recent letter they stated: "Your Tier 1 Status is considered an indication of your commitment to provide safe, quality, and affordable health care services to your patients".
For those patients who don't have any health insurance coverage, we also have very affordable fees and payment plans.
Active duty military, law enforcement, and full time firefighters receive a 20% courtesy discount from Dr. Grant.
Our office accepts personal checks and cash, we also accept MASTERCARD and VISA credit and debit cards. We do not accept "CARE CREDIT" cards.
