Fees and Insurance
Dr. Grant is an approved provider for nearly all health insurance plans. We also accept Medicare and certain Medicaid plans. As a courtesy, we file these claims for you. Auto Insurance policies usually cover our services at 100% if you were involved in an accident.
If you have a question about your insurance coverage , give us a call and we can verify it for you.
For those patients who don't have any insurance coverage, we have very affordable fees and payment plans.
Active duty military, law enforcement, and fire fighters receive a 20% courtesy discount from Dr. Grant.
Our office accepts personal checks and cash, sorry, no credit or debit cards are accepted at this time.
